Atmosfer Technology Transfer Office (TTO) provides service as interface between academy and industry in order to commercialize the intellectual capital and new technologies obtained from academic studies. In 2013, Atmosfer TTO was founded in Izmir Institute of Technology within Techno park Izmir in the scope of TUBITAK 1513 TTO Support Program.

With the expert team in the field,

- To provide consultancy services related to national and international support programs (national ones such as San-Tez, Techno-Enterprise Capital Support Program of Science, Industry and Technology Ministry and ARDEB, TEYDEB, KAMAG, İÇİM, BİDEB of TUBITAK and international ones such as Horizon 2020, EUREKA, COST), to announce the notifications related to these projects to the relative academicians and industrialist, to give trainings and workshop studies to the academicians about projects.

- To strengthen the relationships with the activities such as representation and informing activities of University and Industry Unions (EBSO, İTO, ESİAD, EGİAD, İGİD, YASAD etc.), symposiums, company visits and invitations for companies, to take active role in the possible cooperation and programming and execution of R&D projects,

- To provide consultancy to academician and researchers about obtaining and managing Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights of Intellectual capital, to take part in execution of the contracts of these rights,

- To give training of entrepreneurship about technology and R&D-oriented attempts, to determine the nominees for Start-Up, to provide offices to new entrepreneurs and academicians within incubation center service, to provide consultancy for incorporation and business,

These are main foundation purposes of Atmosfer TTO.
